You have 30 days to return items — they must be unworn, unused, with tags, and in the original packaging. Contact us at support@BlingNtecH.com to get started.

❓ Can I return everything?
Not quite! Perishables, custom/personalized items, personal care products, hazardous materials, sale items, and gift cards cannot be returned.

❓ How do exchanges work?
Return your item first, then place a new order for your replacement — quick and easy! ✨

❓ EU 14-day cooling-off period
If you’re in the EU, you can cancel or return orders within 14 days, no questions asked. ✅

❓ When will I get my refund?
Once approved, refunds go back to your original payment method within 10 business days. If it’s taking longer, contact support@BlingNtecH.com. 💌

All orders ship within 1–2 business days. Weekends or holidays may delay processing slightly.

❓ How long is shipping?

  • Canada: 7–14 business days 🇨🇦
  • International: 14–21 business days 🌍 (Customs, tariffs, and local carriers may affect timing.) Most orders arrive much faster than the maximum time!

❓ How can I track my order?
You’ll get a tracking number via email once your order ships. Track it on our Track Your Order page. 📦

❓ Shipping restrictions?
We currently don’t ship to Alaska, Hawaii, or Puerto Rico. Some items may have additional restrictions.

❓ Customs, duties, and taxes?
International orders may incur extra fees, which are your responsibility. Orders returned for unpaid fees will be refunded minus shipping costs. 💳

❓ Damaged, lost, or delayed?
Contact us within 48 hours with photos for damaged items. Verified orders will get a replacement order placed within 10 business days. For delayed packages, contact support@BlingNtecH.com. ⚡
